A beautifully restored south facing stone farmhouse in a quiet hilltop village. It has a stunning, secure private heated 10x5m pool and child safe garden. The house is located off a small lane with no through traffic and is close to Souillac and Rocamadour. The property has recently been completely renovated with new furniture and kitchen equipment and offers an excellent summer holiday base for families where children can walk around in complete safety. |

There are two lounges both south facing, one with a large stone open fireplace, comfortable settee and chairs and CD sound system. The main lounge also has a wealth of exposed oak beams and stone walls and French doors that open onto outside decking and the fenced and gated poolside. There is a large lounge and dining room with a large solid oak refectory table and chairs. It will easily seat at least 12 people. The large, vine clad veranda with gas BBQ overlooks the illuminated pool and also has a large table and chairs. It is a great place to sit and watch the sun go down overe the village rooftops. The master bedroom has 1 double and 2 single beds and childs cot. It also has exposed oak beams and a solid oak strip wood floor. The ensuite contains a wc and 2 wash hand basins. There is a separate shower in the turret at the end of the room. There are 2 other double bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with 2 single bedrooms. The very large kitchen is well equipped and also opens onto the garden through double French doors. The main bathroom has a large shower, washbasin with mirror and low level wc. |

The property is centrally located in Perigord and Quercy region. Boasting some of the most beautiful and varied landscapes in the region. There are a wealth of Chateaux and stunning villages overlooking the famous rivers Dordogne and Lot within an easy car ride. The famous Grottes de La Cave are only 5 minutes by car from the house, Rocamadour is 15 minutes and are both well worth a visit. St Cirq Lapopie, Villefranche de Perigord and Cahors and Sarlat are easily accessible. |

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and prices include bed linen and pool service. We also offer a welcome food pack with wine and soft drinks that can be delivered to the house at cost on your arrival. This is of benefit to those people arriving late on a Saturday night. Welcome pack, cleaning at the end of your stay and pool heating, if required, should be ordered with your booking. |
