A pretty detached stone cottage totally renovated & fully furnished in a very picturesque location. The cottage is situated in a valley with an entrance of half a kilometer private driveway, amidst the forest with the river which runs along bordering the 12acres (3.5hectares) of private grounds. A unique peaceful setting with plenty of walks in the forest not including the 150 km old railway track (no vehicles allowed) now part of the circuit walks which runs just across the river. Situated between 2 villages(bourg), SCRIGNAC & BERRIEN and just 8km from the beautiful LAKE & market town called HUELGOAT famous for their enormous granite boulders that weighs 100 to 200 tonnes or more. The nearest vibrant big town near the sea is MORLAIX one of the great old breton ports where the centre remains in part medieval with cobbled streets & half-timbered houses only 25 km and CARHAIX-Plouger where The Vieilles Charrues Festival (literally: Old Ploughs festival) one of the largest music events in Europe is held every year attracting 200,000 people. |

You can go walking, cycling, fishing, horse-drawn caravaning & horse-riding too, you can play golf, tennis, swimming, go-karting, bowling, play pool & snooker or sightseeing. There are many sites found in HUELGOAT, a charming village with lots of interesting sites to visit. The market is on every Thursday where loads of cheese & bread on offer. |

There are many places of interest to see & explore within driving distance. Eating out is an adventure too where several bars & restaurants, creperies & tea bars are found within the area. If you just want to venture out there are many places to go even shopping is fun whether you are buying food or clothes there are plenty of shops to choose from. |

The accommodation is fully furnished & very spacious with an open plan lounge comfortable for 4 people. Inside you can find a new sofa bed, 3 armchairs, dining table with 4 chairs, a woodburner, telephone & satellite TV (british) plus access to the internet if needed. The kitchen is very modern with all the kitchen utensils required for cooking and the use of kitchen appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, cooker & washing machine/dryer are found. The bathroom have shower, bath, sink & toilet which is a comfortable size. |

The bedroom is very airy with a door opening to the patio outside with 2 singles or king size double bed (whichever is required), large wardrobe & chest of drawers. This is a place where you can genuinely enjoy the beauty of nature. |
