The accommodation sleeps 5 people and is well equipped with everything to make your holiday comfortable. Entrance to: Lounge / dinner - with comfortable settee, table and chairs, Satellite TV, DVD Player and radio cassette/CD. Central Heating for winter lets. Kitchen - which is equipped to a very high standard, dishwasher, full size cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. French doors to private garden Bedroom one - has bunk beds, a single bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom two - has a double bed and a wardrobe Bathroom - bath with shower over, wash basin and W.C. Separate W.C. All bed linen - tea towels and towels (except beach towels) are provided. |

There is a lovely private garden with garden furniture and barbecue with access via a gate to the heated swimming pool and the 2.75 acre garden. In the garden there are many activities for children and adults including Pool Table,Volley Ball, Table Tennis, Football Goal etc, two bikes are also available. |

With an abundance of history Pons, Saintes and Rochefort are all within easy reach, or if you prefer La Rochelle and Royan with its many restaurants serving the finest food and wine. The vineyards famous for Cognac and Pineau are a sight to behold and the tasting is even better. With Cognac only 45 minutes away a tour of the many Cognac houses is a must. |

Arriving after 3 p.m. and vacating by 11 a.m. If you should arrive earlier we will do everything to accommodate you. Long term lets are available from October - May €150 per week for 4 weeks or more (includes central heating and electricity. A deposit of 20% is required with this booking form and the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking 6 weeks or less before your holiday begins please enclose the total amount. A welcome pack will be waiting for you on your arrival. |
