The accommodation sleeps 8 people + cot and is well equipped with everything to make your holiday comfortable. The front door leads to: Hallway - with a table, chairs and book case Open plan living room / kitchen - there is a table and chairs, dresser, settees, satellite T.V. DVD player and radio cassette/CD. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with dish washer, full size cooker; washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. For winter lets there is also central heating. Bedroom one - has bunk beds and a single bed. Bedroom two - has a king size bed or can be made up as two singles, which ever you prefer. Bedroom three - has a king size bed and single bed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space. Two bathrooms - one with a shower and the other has a bath and wash basin and two separate toilets. All bed linen, tea towels and towels ( except beach towels) are provided. Outside: There is a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue with access via a gate to the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool and the large 3 acre garden with many activities for children and adults, our games room has a Pool Table, Table Tennis and a gym, out side is volley ball, football goal, etc, four bikes are also available. |

Situated in the village of Montpellier de Medillan, 20 Minutes from the lovely beaches of St.Georges-de-Didonne and Meschers, with Pons, Cognac, Saintes and Royan all within easy reach, we are ideally situated for exploring the coast and towns of the Charente Maritime. The Gites are equipped to a very high standard and have everything to make your holiday comfortable. Each Gite has a secure private garden and to the rear of the property is a heated swimming pool set in 3 acres of garden. The Charente Maritime everything you could ever want in a holiday. Sandy beaches that go on for miles, with interesting coves and calm waveless family bathing spots to the fiercest surf for the sporty. A wonderful climate second only to the Cote d’ Azur with up to twice as much sunshine as the UK and most months 20-30% warmer. |

With many sporting activities, including parachuting and wonderful country for cycling this is a place for the whole family, a holiday where you can do as much or as little as you like. There are three excellent golf courses, Royan, Saintes and Cognac all within a short drive. |

Arriving after 3 p.m. and vacating by 11 a.m. If you should arrive earlier we will do everything to accommodate you. Excellent accommodation for Long term lets from October - May €1500 per week for 4 weeks or more (includes central heating and electricity. A deposit of 20% is required with this booking form and the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking 6 weeks or less before your holiday begins please enclose the total amount. A welcome pack will be waiting for you on your arrival. |
